About E2-E4 Colchester Chess Club

E2-E4 Colchester Chess Club was founded in 2023 by Jay Rusecki with a mission to promote strategic thinking, camaraderie, and personal growth through the game of chess.

We welcome players of all ages and abilities, with a special commitment to serving players with autism and other special needs. We are proud to be affiliated with Autism Anglia.

Since our founding, the club has grown to over 100 members and fields three teams in the North Essex Chess League.
