What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message. We also record which page you submitted from and how you found our site.

When you browse the site, we track clicks on phone, email, and WhatsApp links to understand how visitors interact with the site. No personal data is stored with these clicks. IP addresses are hashed and cannot be traced back to you.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your information for marketing or share it with third parties.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database). Email notifications are sent via Resend. Both services process data in accordance with GDPR.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected].

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts. The map on our contact section is provided by OpenStreetMap.
